The Socnet Human Resource Management and Payroll System (HRMS) enables organizations manage human resource information. It is divided into two parts: Human resource and Payroll. The former keeps record of basic employee information, Job description, Education, Personnel training, among others. The latter is responsible for payment records. It includes employees’ Payroll with their contribution to NSSF and Income Tax (PAYE) among other functionality. One client using the HRMS is the Walter Reed Project at Makerere Univeristy.
